We can use Xero to input and send out your invoices, reconcile your bank accounts, follow up on your outstanding debtors, complete your GST returns as well as providing monthly reporting

Unsure how little or how often to call on your Virtual Assistant? – We are flexible around your requirements. Anytime not used in that month will be rolled over the next month.


You will have access to an experienced team, some of which are accountants with over 9 years’ experience and an ex-IRD employee who specialises in PAYE, GST and Individual Taxation. We are also certified Xero trainers, advisors and gold partners.


We can work in conjunction with any accountant to help complete your end of year books, and/or pesky GST and PAYE returns which means you will have less re-coding issues at the end of the year which will keep your accountant happy, save you time and money and help keep your finger on the pulse.

Virtual Assistance

Anything an in-house admin assistant can do – we can do!

  • Forms & Proposals – Drafting applications for funding or proposals for further contracts to boost or increase business.
  • Email/Diary management – We can manage your appointments and email inboxes.
  • Auto Responder – We can receive any client responses from mailing campaigns and respond or forward to appropriate team.
  • Direct mail campaigns – Are more than happy to send out letters/pamphlets in a mailing campaign using NZ post.

Virtual Bookkeeping

  • Accounts Receivable – We chase up those outstanding debtors and also maintain your Xero subscription so you have an up to date account of who owes what and when. We can also provide reporting on debtors that are prone to paying late.

  • Accounts Payable – We enter all your bills payable for the 20th and match those to invoices received so you know exactly how much is due when and no bill is missed

  • Reconciliation – Code your bank transactions to keep your accountant or you happy when it comes to GST time. We are experienced in end of year taxation.
  • Budgeting – Utilise different programmes and tailor a budget to suit your circumstances that will help you reach your goals quicker.
  • Manage accounts inbox – You take a photo of your receipts and upload to your unique email address. We then take those receipts and enter them into the system.
  • GST Returns – Complete your GST and file on your behalf with IRD.
  • PAYE Returns – We can complete the IR348 and IR345 and file to IRD on your behalf.
  • Payroll – Complete your weekly payroll and are experience with all payroll programmes such as Xero, Thank-you and Smart Payroll. We can provide training on these programmes to assist any in-house staff.
